Job Role
As a Customer Service Agent at H&M Group, you will be working at the forefront of our customer-facing business, providing exceptional support to our customers in Italian. Your role will be to learn and master the art of delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to customers via phone, email, and chat, helping them with their online orders, web shop, stores, and products.
- Develop a tone of voice that aligns with our brand identity, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and engaging.
- Report customer feedback to relevant departments, ensuring that their voices are heard and valued.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with a strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills in Italian, and a passion for fashion and technology. You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft applications and/or SAP, with a C1 level of Italian language proficiency.
