De functie

In deze rol binnen de Elektronica-afdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van onderdelen van leveranciers. Je werkt nauw samen met interne ontwikkelingsteams en leveranciers om een optimale samenwerking te realiseren. Je hebt de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Vroege betrokkenheid van leveranciers bij projecten om technologie-expertise te combineren.
  • Zekerstellen van kwaliteits-, maakbaarheid-, testbaarheid- en serviceaspecten in de ontwerpfase.
  • Documenteren van project-samenwerking via een Statement of Work (SoW).
  • Invoeren van nieuwe producten (NPI) en leveranciersselectie.
  • Waarborgen van onderdelenkwaliteit door het uitvoeren van: ontwerpacceptatie, gedetailleerde kwalificatieprocessen, acceptatie van gekwalificeerde onderdelen, procesflow en FMEA, en eerste artikel inspectie.
  • Onderhouden van leveranciersinterfaces voor probleemoplossing, kwalificatieafwijkingen en configuratiebeheer.
  • Bijdragen aan leveranciersontwikkeling door uitvoering van bestaande overeenkomsten en deelname aan audits.

Jouw profiel
  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een high-tech omgeving, met een focus op leveranciersmanagement, kwaliteitsborging of projectmanagement in engineering.
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitsystemen en -methoden (bij voorkeur Six Sigma Green of Black Belt) en productieprocessen voor elektronica (bijv. IPC600, IPC610, IPC620).
  • Sterke netwerk- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden, met het vermogen om te communiceren en initiatieven te nemen.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Bereidheid om regelmatig internationaal te reizen.
