Your role

Responsibilities
• Engineer solutions to comply with regulatory requirements and integrate them into Infrastructure and code automation environment
• Develop infrastructure to support our CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Git, Ansible, and Python, making it available to customers
• Operate and maintain our Oracle database infrastructure, primarily delivered on Oracle Exadata, with some on commodity hardware
• Engage in day-to-day activities such as engineering the pipeline, coding automation scripts, and developing new or adapted solutions for our banking organization
• Ensure high quality, continuity, and stability for crucial banking applications, supporting both Dutch Retail and Global Wholesale business
• Occasionally work outside office hours during standby shifts
• Collaborate closely with other DevOps teams and the Product Owner
Requirements
• Experienced Oracle Exadata-focused DevOps engineer with at least 5 years of experience and extensive security knowledge
• Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Linux and virtualization
• Understanding of Oracle Internet Directory and LDAP
• Extensive experience with automation tools (Ansible, Azure DevOps, Python)
• Preferable experience with ArcSight, Splunk, and Qualys
• Understand the significant role of the “Cloud” in infrastructure solutions
• Able to see the big picture while diving into details to solve complex integration issues
• Strong collaboration skills
• A team player who can cooperate with everyone
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English
