Job Overview

We are seeking an EUC L1 End User Support Engineer to deliver first-line IT assistance to users in Amsterdam. The role focuses on resolving common workplace technology issues, supporting daily IT operations, and ensuring a smooth end-user experience.

This is a B2B contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-line EUC and IT support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing tools
  • Assist users with issues related to Windows devices, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook and Teams
  • Handle basic user administration tasks such as password resets and access support
  • Record, update, and manage incidents and service requests accurately
  • Follow defined procedures and escalate issues when required
  • Communicate clearly with end users in Dutch and English

Required Skills & Experience

  • Dutch and English proficiency (B2 or higher) – mandatory
  • Experience or strong interest in EUC / Service Desk / IT Support roles
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS and workplace IT environments
  • Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a B2B contract setup

Eligibility

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the Netherlands for the contract duration

Pay: €5.000,00 - €5.500,00 per month
