The Global Talent & Organizational Development Manager (Talent & OD Manager) reports to the Global VP Human Resources and acts as the central liaison and strategist for people and organizational development initiatives globally. As the Talent & OD Manager, you develop and grow the collective capability in the organization, from the individual contributor to the entire organization using the unique set of strengths and opportunities of each. This role seeks an experienced HR professional with a strong affinity for people development, and who has the ability to think strategically, tactically execute plans and influence at all levels of the organization.
You partner with key stakeholders and external subject matter experts to ensure that solutions are aligned to Caldic’s strategic objectives and reflect business reality. Next to this, you work closely with the Global HR team and regional HR Directors. In this new role, you are responsible for shaping the people and organizational development agenda in a growing and change-rich, international business.

People Development focus on employee skills, knowledge and competence that align with the core capabilities critical to Caldic strategy as well as employee personal development plans.

Design and implement global learning programs and initiatives to reskill, upskill and close critical capabilities gaps, ensuring solutions are relevant to Caldic strategy and reflect business realities Partner with business leaders and regional HR Directors to understand local learning needs Oversee and advise on the development and deployment of learning content such as e-learning, virtual / instructor-led training including those created by other areas of the business

Organizational Development focus on systems, practices, talent management, structure, change and culture to enable organizational growth.

Develop and implement the global talent strategy to support Caldic’s people strategy and business objectives, in alignment with culture and business reality Drive annual performance and talent review processes, including process improvements and communication & tools for HR business partners and business leaders Build capability in the business and across HR to conduct performance and talent review processes Leverage talent data and insights to inform people decisions and succession planning Develop and deploy programs, initiatives and tools that drive and sustain the DEI, culture and employee engagement agenda 

 
General

Build and deliver presentations about OD strategies and initiatives to senior stakeholders as the ELT, Global HR team and Regional HR Directors, Develop and report on metrics that demonstrate impact in job performance improvement, organization, employee engagement and as required by annual reports Combine best and next practices to deliver fit-for-purpose and optimum solutions for Caldic
