Teaching Assistant position (Temporary replacement due to illness)

We are seeking a dynamic, creative and flexible Teaching Assistant for our Primary School to start on the 1--4.

The position is a temporary one for days a week and is based on the Dutch collective labour agreement (CAO PO) for primary education, OOP, Scale 5.

The position is open due to the long term illness of a colleague.

We are looking for a teaching assistant who meets the following: 

Requirements:

Permitted to work in the European Union High level of spoken and written English Multilingual background or experience preferred Have excellent communication skills Ability to function in an international team Willingness to actively contribute to school development Strong organisational skills Be able to assist our teaching team and support the children in the classroom and in small groups Good ICT skills Be a team player

Skills and Competencies:

Experience of working with Primary aged children Recognized Teaching/Teaching Assistant qualification Compassionate and welcoming to diverse cultural backgrounds and traditions Flexible and open to new ideas

We offer:
