As an Administration Officer, you are responsible forcoordinating and planning the incoming and outgoing flow of goods.You maintain an overview of the entire logistics movement,including all administrative tasks such as creating packing slips,waybills, pallet labels, and other required documentation. Accurateregistration in the system is essential, ensuring compliance withlaws, regulations, and company standards for quality, safety, andthe environment (such as ISO standards).
You will have frequent contact with customers, suppliers, andcarriers regarding deliveries, changes, and any discrepancies. Inaddition, you’ll ensure the most suitable mode of transport andmaintain close contact with the warehouse, which serves as a pointof contact for drivers when loading, unloading, and verifyingdocuments. You work meticulously, possess strong communicationskills, and take the initiative to resolve issues early and meetcustomer expectations.
This is anEnglish-speaking position.
