De functie
Tio Business School is op zoek naar een Senior International Sales Coördinator voor de afdeling International Admissions. Je komt terecht in de afdeling die verantwoordelijk is voor de werving van de internationale studenten bij Tio Business School. Jaarlijks komen studenten van over de hele wereld naar Nederland om bij Tio Business School hun bachelor of master studie te volgen. We hebben de ambitie om het aantal internationale studenten de komende jaren verder te laten groeien.
Als Senior International Sales Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van alle wervingsactiviteiten. In deze functie is reizen de basis van je functie om contact te leggen met onze toekomstige internationale studenten. Je verdere werkzaamheden zijn:
- Het bijhouden van een teamplanning;
- Onderhouden van contacten . onze beurs- en wervingsacties over de hele wereld;
- Meedenken in gerichte sales activiteiten en wervingsacties voor onze doelgroep;
- Aanspreekpunt zijn voor onze toekomstige internationale studenten;
- Het coördineren van projecten en evenementen.
Met jouw adaptieve houding tegenover andere culturen en je passie voor het binnenhalen van onze internationale studenten, draag jij samen met jouw team succesvol bij aan onze doelstelling
Wat vragen wij van jou?
Je hebt een ondernemende salesmentaliteit. Ook beschik je in elk geval over:
• HBO werk- en denkniveau;
• Meer dan 7 jaar internationale sales ervaring;
• Reizen zien als basis van je functie;
• Altijd op zoek zijn naar verbetering van sales processen en nieuwe kansen op de markt;
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden binnen verschillende culturen;
• Minimaal C1 niveau qua beheersing van de Engelse taal;
• Minimaal B2 niveau qua beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
• Eén of meerdere vreemde talen is een pré.
