Dumaco Varsseveld, onderdeel van de Dumaco groep, is een vooraanstaand toeleveringsbedrijf dat nationaal en internationaal opereert. De vestiging in Varsseveld telt meer dan 100 gespecialiseerde medewerkers en richt zich met name op de productie van hoogwaardige (samengestelde) producten en onderdelen uit diverse soorten plaatwerk. Hun klantenkring bestrijkt een breed scala aan sectoren, waaronder bouw, keuken- en sanitairindustrie, tuinbouw, landbouw, apparatenbouw, automatenbouw, voedingsindustrie en diverse andere industriële markten.

Functieomschrijving

Als Quality Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van nieuwe producten. Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor diverse klanten met betrekking tot kwaliteitsdocumentatie. Dit omvat onder andere het opstellen en beheren van Proces en Product FMEA's, FAI, en PPAP. Je begeleidt de onboarding van nieuwe producten in nauwe samenwerking met de productie- en process engineering teams. Hierbij ontwikkel je controle- en meetprotocollen en coördineer je de uitvoering van productmetingen, waaronder met onze geavanceerde 3D meetmachine.

Daarnaast ondersteun je de organisatie bij interne afkeuringsprocessen en werk je samen met het productie team om de juiste correctieve en preventieve maatregelen te implementeren. Je zorgt tevens voor de correcte administratieve afhandeling richting de klant. In je actieve uitvoerende rol ben je betrokken bij zowel interne als externe (klant)audits en klantprojecten. Bovendien draag je bij aan continue verbeteringen binnen de organisatie door mee te denken over mogelijke verbeterpunten.

Functie-eisen
  • Je hebt een aantal jaren werkervaring als kwaliteitsmedewerker in een technische productieomgeving;
  • Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitsnormen en systemen;
  • Als je kennis hebt van Lean en QRM is dat een pre;
  • Je beschikt over een MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je bent bekend met het gebruik van ERP, Excel en andere geautomatiseerde systemen;
  • Je bent gewend om zelfstandig te werken en zelf je prioriteiten te stellen;
  • Je bent een aanpakker die geordend en accuraat kan werken;
  • Je beschikt over goede contactuele en communicatieve vaardigheden;
