Taken
Als Marketing Coördinator and Sales Support (MCSS) maak je deel uit van het Sales- en Business Development Team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en coördineren van de marketing voor 3 bedrijven binnen de Leisure Expert Holding: Leisure Expert Group, Aniba Entertainment en Spot on Shows. Dit omvat de implementatie van het marketingplan, het beheren van de socialemediakanalen, de websites en het verstrekken van input voor de zichtbaarheid via andere kanalen. Je zult de jaarkalender voor socialemediapublicaties ontwikkelen en uitvoeren. Je schrijft teksten voor en creëert berichten en advertenties (online en offline). Je bent in staat software zoals InDesign en/of Photoshop te (leren te) gebruiken voor het maken van ontwerpen voor bedrijfspresentaties en advertenties.
Daarnaast ondersteun je de Business Development Expert bij diverse verkoopactiviteiten, waaronder het voorbereiden van offertes, het initiëren van marktkansen, het onderhouden van contacten met klanten, het voorbereiden van beurzen, pre-bid-trajecten en het coördineren van klantgeschenken.
Vereisten
Je hebt een passie voor marketing en daarnaast beschik je over uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden. Na het afronden van je bacheloropleiding in Marketing of een vergelijkbare richting, heb je in 1 of 2 projectgestuurde organisaties gewerkt. Je hebt bij voorkeur dus 1 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring. Omdat we een internationaal bedrijf zijn, is uitstekend Nederlands en effectieve communicatie in het Engels essentieel.

Je zult de rol van Marketing Coördinator vervullen voor 32 tot 40 uur per week vanuit ons kantoor aan het Entrepotdok in Amsterdam, hartje centrum en met uitzicht op Artis.
