  • Prioritize and plan activities (definition, simulation, and testing) across all teams within the Engine Integration department, collaborating closely with supervisors and line lead engineers.
  • Analyze, summarize, and report test results and analyses to project management.
  • Initiate monitoring systems for performance and project progress.
  • Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs), such as fuel economy, emissions, durability, reliability, and diagnostic robustness, for your project(s).

Your Profile
  • Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project lead engineer.
  • Basic knowledge of engines, aftertreatment, and on-board diagnostics.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Preferable experience in multidisciplinary teams.

  • Communication: Clear, concise communication skills for verbal, written, and presentation formats.
  • Initiative: Proactively identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for engine and aftertreatment improvements.
  • Collaboration: Ability to unify teams with diverse perspectives.
  • Analytical Ability: Skilled in synthesizing information from various sources to assess project impact.
