To accelerate our international expansion, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will be a vital link between our business partners and product development team. You will solve challenging problems and support business growth through a deep understanding of our stakeholder’s needs, combined with business insights and applied analytics techniques.
The ideal candidate is passionate about cleantech and has a strong analytical mindset and great stakeholder management skills.
️ Responsibilities include:
Work with senior management to identify opportunities and develop Proof of Value/Concept together with product teams. Assist product owners in gathering and evaluating requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and translating them into spikes and user stories for the product teams. Collaborate with industry-leading energy companies and the frontrunners in electric mobility to identify/address their business needs. Document and effectively communicate your insights, plans, and knowledge to cross-functional team members and management. Stay on top of trends in the sustainable mobility landscape and be the driver for innovation in this area.What you bring:
Business- and data-savviness equivalent to - years of experience with a relevant degree under your belt Excellent communication skills (In English, other languages are bonus through) and demonstrated ability to make complex matters simple without over-simplifying and to present them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good analytical skills and experience with analytical tooling ( SQL, PowerBI, Excel) Some with Python and Jupyter Notebooks would be a bonus Experience with Agile methodology Entrepreneurial mindset thriving in a fast-paced team environment Available for hybrid work from our office in Rotterdam Basic understanding of e-mobility concepts and energy industry and willingness to dive deep into itWhat we offer:
Yearly salary of - , depending on your experience level, with an additional % of your annual salary in holiday pay, as well as an option for - hours/week of contact.
