Our campus location in Beringe has 5 sites allfocused on customers in the Technology sector. Beringe is locatednear Venlo, Helmond, Weert, Venray, in gemeente Peel en Maas. AsTeamleader you will work for one of these sites, which is dedicatedto multiple customers Philips and a new customer. The level of thesite is high, so your bar will be high and this will stimulate yourpersonal development. Functieomschrijving

You take your team to a higher level and meetcustomer expectations. You do this by coaching your team membersone-on-one and analyzing their performance. This allows you tooptimize processes flawlessly and discover bottlenecks. Inaddition, you provide work instructions and the further developmentof your team, but you also respond to ad hoc questions from ourcustomer.


You willdirectly manage up to 20/25 Warehouse Operators in our Inbound orPicking & Shipping department. As Teamleader, you will allowthese colleagues to work even more efficiently, becauseyou:

  • Gain insight into which processesare running well and know where the bottlenecks are. You registerthe performance level of your colleagues and make sure they followtraining courses;
  • Create reports and getresults from the warehouse managementsystem;
  • Ensuring safety on our workfloor;
  • Discuss improvement proposals with theOperations Manager, Shift Manager and keep your fellow Teamleadersinformed;
  • Organize your team. This means thatyou:
  • Coach your team members, taking intoaccount their ambitions anddevelopments;
  • Conduct assessment andperformance interviews;
  • Conduct absence /reintegration - and other interviews;
  • Ensurethe right staffing;
  • Schedules training hoursand keeps the time sheets and personnel movements up todate.

Functie-eisen
  • Minimum of two years experience as aTeamleader, Supervisor, cooperating foreman orforewoman;
  • Organizationalability;
  • Strong communication in Engels and another 2nd language;
  • Stand firm in your shoesand you are stress resistant;
  • Able to manageyour team and bring out the best inthem;
  • Feeling with Microsoft Office programs(like Excel and PowerPoint) and Warehouse Management Systems, soyou can make reports and analyses.
