Your responsibilities as a Software Team Lead

In our growing Software Development department you be leading a team of 6 to 9 developers in our Hungarian Software Development team. You will be responsible for professional development of the team members and follow up on the work performed. You will play a key role in the ongoing development projects and technical platform maintenance.Your main responsibilities include:

People management responsibilities for the team members including 1:1 sessions, performance management and team motivation; Take overall responsibility of team deliverables, including technical quality, fulfilling customer requirements and delivering high quality; Interact with product owner and other stakeholders to clarify requirements/needs; Play a key role in the ongoing tasks of updating our technical platform; Debugging, fixing errors, creating unit and integration tests and refactoring of the code; Ensure the usage of best practices to ensure code performance and maintainability; Work closely together with your Danish colleagues.

Skills and personality that will make you succeed

8+ years of experience with C# and MS .NET; 1+ years of experience in team leadership; Knowing of the following development approaches: Very good programming skills within C# and good understanding of MVC/Razor and SQL; Knowledge of CI/CD processes including automatic testing, deployment and release; Unit testing; Experience with Azure would also be an advantage; You are bilingual in English and Hungarian (both spoken and written); Good people skills and an interest in developing and inspiring team members; Ability to handle many different task at the same time, and being able to prioritize between the tasks; Regardless of your background the right drive, passion and ownership of the solutions is a must;
