The Prologis European marketing team is seeking an ambitious and passionate Solutions Marketing Manager to drive the positioning of our commercial offers across our Real Estate and Essentials platform as we drive towards our net zero goal. You will play a key role as part of a top-notch team of professionals who are driving value for Prologis as we grow from ~500MW to over 1000MW on our buildings by 2025 in contribution to our net zero by 2040 strategy and the preeminent leader in sustainable logistics as supply chains charge toward decarbonization. We are installing electric vehicle charging, battery storage, investing in renewable energy production, power purchase agreements (PPAs) and helping our customers understand and reduce carbon emissions on the largest global logistics platform based on GDP throughput (~3%). We aspire to be the leader in providing sustainable logistics solutions and becoming a decarbonization partner to our customers.

You will be tasked with striking the balance between global consideration with local resonance while commercializing Prologis real estate, energy, sustainability, mobility and operations solutions by leading our B2B solution marketing function through the planning and development of go-to-market strategies and content creation to drive successful offer adoption and revenue growth. You will be responsible for partnering with our European Customer Led Solutions and Prologis Essentials commercial teams to shape the marketing strategy and identify new opportunities. This role will lead efforts to plan, create and execute marketing content and sales enablement tools in close collaboration with cross-functional partners to ultimately improve awareness, generate leads and drive revenue.

What's needed to do that:

Responsible for developing and executing strategic and annual marketing plans that address all aspects of the marketing mix, including content strategies to pull prospects through all phases of the marketing funnel. Develop go-to-market strategy including business goals, definition of target/persona, product naming, differentiated positioning, messaging, and sales narrative to drive customer acquisition and product adoption. Develop compelling positioning, value propositions, and marketing materials for new offerings including digital presence.  Collaborate with real estate, Customer Led Solutions and Prologis Essentials leadership, and European sales teams to develop marketing programs, sales enablement tools and identify opportunities to expand the business. Partner with global counterparts and regional marketing leads to ensure strategies are globally aligned and locally embraced. Support go-to-market initiatives for new product, features and monetization strategies, partnering with product, business operations, global sales, marketing, and PR. Manage the content marketing strategy, oversee topic and format selection, manage the briefing process, and work with commercial subject matter experts to produce quality assets. Support efforts to validate future product and feature concepts through customer interviews, research and analysis of user data. Craft engaging audience specific content, including solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers and sales playbooks, designed for European use. Educate sales, product management, marketing teams and the partner channel about market dynamics, competitive landscape and competitor offerings. Evangelize energy, sustainability and mobility offers internally and externally to drive adoption and engagement.

Tell us if you're ready:

5+ years of experience in product/solution marketing, brand management, or equivalent roles, preferably with B2B marketing experience. Commercial marketing experience, particularly in marketing services or products within the sustainability, mobility, or energy industries, is highly desirable. A proven track record of increasing market share through well-executed marketing and successful delivery of go-to-market activities in a fast-moving environment. Demonstrated ability to form close partnerships across the organization to communicate effectively, gain alignment, and drive execution across sales and sales support functions.  Experience working across multiple sales channels, preferably with global or multi-national familiarity. A growth mindset and a sense of curiosity. Collaborative nature – desire to help others succeed. Excellent communicator and relationship manager with demonstrated ability to facilitate relationships at all levels of the organization Proficient English language skills for effective communication Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Monday.com, and other common marketing tech stack solutions
