We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing and Learning team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products portfolio and partners ecosystem growth by supporting the development and execution of strategic product marketing initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, creating compelling product messaging, managing product launches, and supporting adoption growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, account management, customer success and customer support, to ensure our products effectively meet market needs and achieve business objectives

Product launches and growth-
Coordinate and execute product launch activities, ensuring all marketing and promotional materials are ready and aligned with the product objectives. Develop and maintain a launch calendar to track and communicate key milestones and deliverables. Support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption. Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide insights for continuous improvement.Partner management -
Partner relations management, including communication and information support of existing partner relationships and management of incoming partnership requests. Conduct market research for partnership development and growth.Market research and customer engagement-
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends. Collect and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for market expansion. Support recruitment customers to conduct all kinds of user research: interviews, surveys, feedback sessions. Support customer advocacy initiatives by identifying and developing case studies, testimonials, and success stories to showcase the value of our products; community managementProduct positioning and messaging -
