Our Challenge
We are looking for a Senior Data Architect/Tech Lead to help our clients deliver innovative Data & Analytics solutions.
Synechron assists the clients of the Program Management department in successfully designing and implementing their transformation programs. Responsibilities
As a senior data architect you will be:
Designing the overall architecture and guiding the end-to-end implementation of Data & Analytics solutions within the Cloud (from data ingestion to visualization). Acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader for clients, advising and guiding them in defining their data & analytics strategies, data architecture, and cost management. Being a senior counterpart for the client and the internal delivery team within a large-scale and complex project environment. Leading a team of onshore and offshore (data) engineers and consultants in designing, developing, testing, and implementing scalable data analytics solutions Communicating complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders using excellent written and verbal communication skills. Driving the creation of Cloud-based Data & Analytics propositions and supporting the sale of solutions to (new) clients. Guiding and coaching junior and mid-level team members within and outside the project to develop the required skills and progress in their careers.Requirements
A degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in fields such as computer science, computer information systems, computer applications, engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Data architecture and/or Solution architecture/design Cloud data experience (AWS) 3+ years of experience in successfully delivering Data & Analytics projects, including leading an offshore DEV team, mentoring and reviewing code & documentation 4+ years of experience in ETL/ELT, including programming experience (Python), orchestration tooling, logging & monitoring, CI/CD, and troubleshooting Knowledge and/or experience in ER & Dimensional modeling and BI & Data visualization Experience with the entire data & analytics lifecycle Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (mandatory) and English.We Can Offer You
