Als Coördinerend Proces Engineer Assembly binnen de afdeling Industrial Engineering ben je de helft van je tijd uitvoerend bezig met de dagdagelijkse werkzaamheden en de andere helft ben je coördinerend aan de slag. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de bouwvolgorde en zit belangrijke schakel in het project. Jij bent de sparringpartner van de manufacturing engineers en de industrial engineers.

Coördinerend Proces Engineer Assembly NPI

De functie

Als Coördinerend Proces Engineer NPI (New Product Introduction) ben je de brug tussen techniek en praktijk. Deze functie bevindt zich binnen de NPI tak. In deze functie ben je medeverantwoordelijk om het proces van high tech producten te begeleiden van ontwerp naar het punt van 'release for volume'. Zodat de producten uiteindelijk geproduceerd kunnen worden in massaproductie. Je werkt dus nauw samen met manufacturing engineers en Industrial engineers om de meest effectieve werkwijze van het assemblageproces in de cleanroom te bepalen en werkt dit ook uit op detailniveau.

Uitvoerende taak:

Om concrete werkinstructies te ontwikkelingen voor nieuwe prototypes in de cleanroom ben je bezig met het interpreteren van 3D-modellen en Technische Product Documentatie

Coördinerende taken:

Je coördineert een team van een aantal personen, ben hiervoor eerste aanspreekpunt en verdeelt de werklast binnen het projectteam; Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de planning; Je maakt rapportages voor projectmanagement over de voortgang en eventuele vertragingen in het project, hiervoor ben je dan ook eerste aanspreekpunt.

Jouw profiel:

Je beschikt over HBO werk en denkniveau binnen een technische of aanverwante studierichting; Je bent communicatief en bent nauwkeurig in het schrijven van rapportages; Je bent proactief, toont eigenaarschap en beschikt over daadkracht; Je spreekt Nederlandse en Engelse taal; Je ben in staat om technische tekeningen en 3D modellen te lezen en te interpreteren; Je hebt kennis van assemblageprocessen en de daarbij behorende kwaliteitsborging.
