Wat ga je doen?
Als Quality Engineer ben je de rechterhand van de Manager Milieu & Veiligheid. Jij bent de expert die de Europese regel en wetgeving interpreteert en vertaalt naar wat dat voor de producten van Koopman in de praktijk betekent. Hierbij ligt de nadruk op RoHS product veiligheid van elektrische- en elektrisch gerelateerde artikelen op het gebied van Elektrische veiligheid, elektromagnetische veiligheid en restrictie op gebruik van chemische stoffen.
Daarnaast houd je je ook bezig met andere aspecten van productveiligheid zoals tuinmeubelen, barbecues, persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen, medische producten. Daarnaast fungeer je als vraagbaak voor de collega’s binnen het bedrijf. Op de afdeling Milieu en Veiligheid werken ongeveer 25 collega’s. Deze zijn onder te verdelen in 15 laboratorium medewerkers en 10 administratief medewerkers.
Opstellen van kwaliteit- en product veiligheidseisen in de vorm van test programma’s en test protocollen; Opstellen van eisen voor product etikettering, waarschuwingen en gebruikershandleidingen; Opstellen en bijhouden van werkinstructies; Opstellen en bijhouden van data en rapportages met betrekking tot verschillende milieu afdrachten; Ondersteunen van collega’s van de inkoop- en verkoopafdeling met betrekking tot technische vragen; Contact onderhouden met de afdeling inkoop, verkoop en tevens met klanten en autoriteiten; Structureren van technische dossiers, aanvragen, invoeren en controleren van dossiers.Herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel?
Je hebt minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau; Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; Je hebt kennis van wetgeving omtrent consumentenproducten; Je bent zelfredzaam en krijgt energie om collega’s te ondersteunen waar nodig; Je hebt uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord- en geschrift; Je bent resultaatgericht, doortastend en je kunt goed plannen en prioriteiten stellen.-
