Wat ga je doen
Als continuous improvement engineer ga je actief op zoek naar verbeterpunten op de werkvloer. Dit kan uiteenlopen van werkprocessen en systemen, faciliteiten en natuurlijk veiligheid. Je betrekt hierin alle stakeholders en durft hen kritische vragen te stellen. Je weet daarna feilloos in kaart te brengen wat de knelpunten zijn aan de hand van de door jou uitgevoerde analyses. Met jouw zorgvuldig opgestelde verbeterplan weet jij de productieleiders te adviseren en te motiveren en het verbetertraject te implementeren. Jouw doel: Professionaliseren, efficiëntie, kosten en doorloopsnelheid verlagen en het verhogen van kwaliteit. Je bent nauw betrokken bij de uitvoering hiervan en bewaakt en stuurt het hele traject van A tot Z. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere;

Je voert data gedreven analyses uit en stelt rapportages op om de voorgang van verbeterinitiatief te rapporteren; Aanjagen van veranderingsbeleid onder medewerkers en teamleiders en stimuleren van proces en verbeter systematiek; Mede vertalen en uitdragen van beleid en wijzigingen in processen naar medewerkers binnen de projectteams én op de werkvloer; Toepassen van procedures omtrent bedrijf regels, beleid en wet- en regelgeving; Ondersteunen van en adviseren van MT leden ten aanzien van verbeteringen in (operationele) processen.

Accell Group en richt zich op het ontwikkelen, produceren en in de markt zetten van fietsen, onderdelen en accessoires in het midden en hogere segment van de markt. Fietsen is ontzettend populair en de e-bike verovert Nederland en de wereld in rap tempo. Accell is groeiende en er is ruimte om te ontwikkelen en dus willen we nog meer investeren in onze mensen. Accell is marktleider in Europa met bekende merken als Batavus, KOGA, Sparta, Haibike, Lapierre, Ghost en Van Nicholas.  Je bent communicatief sterk en een verbinder op alle niveaus. Strategisch denken, draagvlak creëren en impact maken, jij weet iedereen hierin mee te nemen en te enthousiasmeren. Daarnaast zien we graag het volgende terug in jouw profiel:

Je hebt een afgeronde HBO/WO-opleiding richting bijvoorbeeld (Technische) bedrijfskunde of Supply Chain Management; Kennis en/of affiniteit met Lean (agile), project en verandermanagement; Je kent goed de weg in MS Office, Power BI, Visio en AVIX is een pré; Je spreek vloeiend de Nederlands en Engelse taal; Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar en woonachtig in de regio Heerenveen;
