Wie ben jij?

As the Lead Front-End Developer, you'll lead a talented team to build robust, user-friendly web applications. Your role will be critical in shaping the future of our front-end development, working closely with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers. Your expertise will drive the technical strategy and ensure that they stay ahead of the curve.

Your key responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Front-end Developers; Design and develop high-quality, scalable front-end applications using JavaScript/TypeScript; Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless, responsive user experiences; Ensure cross-browser compatibility and build secure, efficient, and scalable applications; Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure top-tier technical quality; Stay updated with industry trends and apply cutting-edge technologies to keep TAF ahead; Troubleshoot and resolve any front-end issues to ensure smooth functionality.

Your qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field; Proven experience as a Lead Front-End Developer with strong leadership skills; Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design; Experience with modern frameworks such as React or Angular; Familiarity with NodeJS, RESTful APIs, and back-end integration; Experience with version control systems like Git and tools like Docker; Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically; Excellent communication and leadership abilities; Experience in Agile/Scrum is a plus.
