Prioritize, register, and document supplier issues or queries.
Resolve and close calls that fall within the supplier's scope of control.
Dispatch calls to other service desks or teams as necessary.
Create and modify supplier accounts (S-accounts).
Manage RSA tokens (assign, activate, renew, distribute) via ASML Central Helpdesk.
Assist in vendor account creation and modifications.
Monitor all SupplierNet-related calls and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Learn and understand the SAP system, stepping up to handle L2 support over time.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Experience in customer support, preferably handling European clients.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools; eagerness to learn SAP.
