Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking an experienced Oracle Development Lead to spearhead our Oracle development initiatives. As the Oracle Development Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Oracle-based solutions, ensuring that they align with business objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Oracle developers, providing guidance on best practices in application development, database design, and deployment.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust Oracle applications and database solutions that meet the company’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of Oracle applications through regular performance tuning, code reviews, and architecture assessments.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and post-launch support.
  • Implement and maintain development processes, methodologies, and tools that enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle solutions into existing systems and processes.
  • Keep abreast of the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle development, with a focus on PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle APEX.
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle database management, performance tuning, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
