Service management (ITIL) Risk, security and compliance: Focus on defining standards and adherence to the standards. Oracle OID (Oracle Internet Directory) and LDAP. Oracle FMW and WebLogic. Data at rest and in transit (TLS) and Message security. JVM and WebLogic Server performance-tuning and troubleshooting methodologies. Coding (Python) Automation (Ansible).Nice to have:

Test Automation: Have the knowledge of automated testing frameworks, tools and processes, I am able to design, implement and improve test automation.
