The coordinator role is part of the global team of Talent Attraction and Employee Experience, focussing on all related systems. Within the responsibilities for the Employee Experience team, the role mainly supports the different listening formats (e.g., employee surveys), with tasks that span from their programming to the results analysis and follow up process. For Talent Acquisition the role is a subject matter expert for our talent acquisition systems, with involvement in user support and training, governance, reporting and configuration.

ABOUT YOU

First point of contact for key users, providing specialist support and advice across the Talent Acquisition (TA) and Employee Experience (EX) Tech landscape – including the EX survey tool, careers website and third party advertising and selection tools that are integrated with our ATS Responsible to provide and / or develop reports, for example regular statistics for stakeholders, survey results for further analytics or performance reports for social media, suppliers or KPI monitoring Developing and maintaining documentation relating to systems governance and working processes and ensuring compliance with data security regulations Playing an active role in Global HR projects where appropriate, e.g. by assisting with key system implementation projects (e.g. new modules, updates) Investigating issues, following up necessary course of action to resolve, escalating as appropriate and working closely with our third party suppliers, ATS team and Talent Acquisition colleagues Contributing to new system developments and improvements – configuration, review and test new functionality, documentation and communication and training to users Supporting the setup and administration of different survey formats, which includes the initial survey programming and setup of role-base permissions for stakeholders, as well as regular reviews of the roles and on-demand updates Contributing to the local survey governance framework, to provide guidance for local activities so they are aligned with the overall Employee Listening strategy and meet internal quality

ABOUT YOU 

Fluent in English, further languages (e.g. any European language) are a plus Good knowledge of using MS Office 365 Products  Proven experience of working with HR Systems Good attention to detail, ability to spot possible data errors while being able to see the bigger picture and the importance of delivery as agreed Strong analytical capabilities and a willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and software Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, adept at managing a wide range of stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills while working under pressure Experience in working in a hybrid work environment and with a virtual international team (not mandatory)
