The Sr. Global Mobility Specialist will report to the Director of Global Mobility, leading the strategy and execution of the EMEA region. Manage Databrick’s EMEA Global Mobility & Immigration programs & workflowsPartner with key leaders and stakeholders to develop and execute both short-term and long-term Global Mobility & Immigration strategies/roadmapsConsult with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing options in leveraging Global Mobility to meet business needsIdentify process inefficiencies, and become a process simplification championBuild and maintain process documentation, partnering with internal stakeholder teams to ensure a cohesive employee experienceManage the relationship of the regional Immigration, Tax, and Relocation vendors, ensuring accountability to targets/SLAs, program execution, and employee experienceTriage critical issues, exceptions, andWhat we look for:
