Als HR Business Partner (Non Office) maak je deel uit van ons ambitieuze en enthousiaste HR team in Nederland. In het team zijn alle disciplines aanwezig; Business partnering, People Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits en Learning & Development. Ons team support verschillende afdelingen en Business Units bij het realiseren van de doelstellingen en zorgt ervoor dat Den Hartogh een geweldige plek is om te werken voor al onze medewerkers. Je bent samen met collega HR Business Partners het aanspreekpunt voor alle locaties in Nederland. Je rapporteert aan de HR Manager Europe. Als HR Business Partner (Non Office) ben je een strategische partner voor onze locatie Rozenburg en afdelingen zoals de Workshop & Trucking. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR strategieën die aansluiten bij de business doelstellingen en de behoeften van de organisatie. Je biedt deskundig advies en ondersteuning op het gebied van onder andere talent management, performance management, employee relations, organisatieontwikkeling, werving en selectie, verzuim en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken. In deze rol zit je midden in de business, je bent veel aanwezig op onze locatie Rozenburg maar ook regelmatig op ons kantoor in Rotterdam. Je onderbouwt je adviezen en je komt met concrete voorstellen voor de diverse vraagstukken.

- HBO diploma (Human Resources Management) en minimaal 3 werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Uitgebreide kennis van HR wet- en regelgeving;
- Sterke communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Proactieve en resultaatgerichte mindset met een focus op continue verbetering;
- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
