    Weet jij hoe de voorraad kaas op het juiste peil wordt gehouden om aan de vraag te voldoen, in een melk gedreven organisatie?

    Binnen de Supply Chain van Cheese zoeken we een Demand Consolidation Manager. In deze rol verbind je de commerciële entiteiten met de upstream supply chain en zorgt voor het matchen van demand en supply van alle kaas die FrieslandCampina wereldwijd verkoopt. In deze rol ben je keteneigenaar en key point of contact voor een deel van het totale kaas portfolio. Daarbij ben je first point of contact voor een aantal commerciële entiteiten op het gebied van forecasting en eerste escalatie punt. What we ask

    • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur richting Logistiek of Technische Bedrijfskunde)
    • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in demand/productie-planning, en/of supply chain management
    • Commerciële mindset en klant gefocust
    • Brede kennis en ervaring met SAP-APO & Business Warehouse (BW), kennis van SAP APO-SNP is een pre
    • Zeer goede beheersing van Microsoft Excel en PowerPoint
    • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
    • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden op diverse niveaus en disciplines
    • Proactief, conceptueel, pragmatisch en analytisch zeer vaardig
    • Grote mate van overtuigingskracht en sterk in het aangaan en onderhouden van relaties What we offer

        Als Demand Consolidation Manager houd je je bezig met:

        • Verantwoordelijk voor het demand planning proces voor de komende 18 maanden binnen de Cheese Supply Chain en connectie met demand planning teams in de fighting units.
        • Waarborgen van een uniform en optimaal demand planning proces binnen Cheese Supply Chain, passend binnen de S&OP cyclus
        • Sparring partner voor sales en Supply Network Planners Cheese aangaande demand planning
        • Belangrijkste KPIs: OTIF, Obsoletes, Forecast Accuracy en Forecast Bias
        • Keten eigenaar voor complexe problemen en escalatie punt voor commerciële entiteiten
        • Verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van demand issues en het vertalen van gap filling initiatives naar het demand plan
        • Vertalen van restricties van de supply chain naar de sales forecast (prioriteiten stellen) en afstemmen hierover met de lokale sales planners en sales directors
        • Opstellen van de aannames en uitgangspunten voor de lokale demand planning processen
        • Verantwoordelijk voor het continu verbeteren van het demand planning proces middels monitoring van performance indicatoren, analyses en het initiëren van verbeteringen.

          Deze rol is onderdeel van de Cheese Supply Chain, de organisatie die de Planning Supply Chain vertegenwoordig voor het Kaas portfolio en first point of contact is voor alle Supply Chain topics richting de commerciële entiteiten. Het team is onderdeel van de Global Supply Planning organisatie en heeft key stakeholders binnen vrijwel alle commerciële entiteiten binnen FrieslandCampina naast contacten met Manufacturing, R&D, en Quality.

          Het Supply Chain team bestaat uit meerdere sub teams met focus op, Demand Management, Supply Planning, Scheduling, en Materiaalplanning.
