Currently, we are looking for a Business Controller for ASML. Based in Eindhoven Netherlands.
The global Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Business Control team at ASML, is the team where they drive and support strategic decision-making to maximize value. They provide crucial insights, challenge assumptions, and streamline processes related to CRE investments and expenditures. This team operates globally, with dedicated controllers at every major ASML site. Due to several open positions within the ASML global team, there is a temporary position to ensure.
Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing reliable and timely insights to the Corporate Real Estate team. You will demonstrate the value of early strategic financial involvement, ensuring that business decisions are sound and well-guided. A key part of your responsibilities will be to understand and analyze the business drivers behind financial deviations, both planned and actual. Your contributions will facilitate the optimization of value for ASML by steering and supporting decision-making processes related to CRE investments and expenditures.
Functie-eisenWe are looking for an ambitious and talented Financial with the following:
- You have 8+ years relevant experience in finance, preferably in a financial control or auditing environment;
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or Accounting;
- Experience in a matrix organization and/or complex international business environment is desirable;
- Ability to independently drive initiatives while aligning with stakeholders;
- Strong organizational skills, capable of planning ahead and balancing priorities;
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail;
- Expert user in Microsoft Excel and experience in Sharepoint;
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of Dutch is not required but useful in communication

- A contract for 32, 36, 38, or 40 hours per week
- Salary range of €6300 - €7600 depending on work experience
- 25 vacation days
