Senior Strategic Purchasing Controller

What will you be doing?

As a Sr. Strategic Purchasing Controller, you serve as the backbone of our sourcing department.   

This is a new role in the organization and if you become energized to make impact on global level for our financial performance of purchasing, change management and increase our utilization of data, then this is the role for you to apply on.  

Your responsibilities  

• You act as a business partner with global business finance and strategic purchasing. 
  • You are responsible for tracking cost movements in the P&L. 
    • You are the chief PMO for our Strategic Program: Purchasing with Impact 

      What are we looking for?

      To be successful in this role, you will need: 

      • Experience as being a consultant in a change driven environment
      • Energized, hands-on, entrepreneurial mind set 
      • Utilize data for decision making, and ability to use big-data for driving results, insights
      • P2P Financial Accounting compliance 
      • To have a good understanding of basic financial reporting

        What do we ask from you?

      • 7+ years of experience in consulting or in business controlling (preferably within supply chain) 

      • University degree 

    • Fluent written and spoken English, Dutch is strongly preferred 

  • Decisiveness and result-oriented attitudes

    This position offers a competitive salary range of € 5300,- to € 7750,- gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
