This is a fixed-term (Crocs) Contract until 31 December 2024.
Responsible for Credit and Collection activities for EMEALA market
What will you do?
Customer Invoice processing Statement and reminder processing Credit collections activities Process credit requests, refunds and returns Resolving finance related customer Inquiries promptly and accurately Request required information from different internal departments Reconcile and offset received payments Determine and Monitor customer credit limit Release/Block/cancel orders via system (SAP) Understand procedures and interact with other departmentsWho are you?
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position Financial bachelor’s degree Good English communication skills, both verbal and in writing Good understanding of the Order to Cash process in a retail environment Understanding of SAP ERP system Some knowledge of credit assessment process Strong communication skills Accuracy and attentiveness to detail Commercial and operational attitude Self-motivation, strong and flexible personality Ability to work closely with others in a team atmosphere Ability to adapt to changes related to a fast-growing Global companyWhat do we offer?
