Position Overview:

Our Front Office Customer Service (FOCUS) service bridges the gap between delivering technical security solutions and providing a complete cyber security service. We hold the conviction that the robustness and efficacy of security services are largely contingent on how precisely these solutions are customized to fit the client's environment. Through our FOCUS service, we deliver customized solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.

As a FOCUS Team Associate, you play a crucial role in performing in-depth analysis on the technical logs and reports of contracted security services. Your expertise spans several domains, including DDoS Mitigation, Intrusion Detection and Prevention (IDS/IPS), Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), Vulnerability Management (VMS), and Managed Detection and Response (MDR).

Required Experience and Skills:

• Conduct monthly comprehensive analyses of technical logs and reports.
• Generate detailed reports offering insights into the security posture of the client's environment.
• Identify and advise on security improvements and potential risks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applications, operating systems, and exploit information.

Educational and Professional Prerequisites:

• Completion of education at MBO level (with relevant work experience) or HBO level in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Cybersecurity).
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role.
• Experience with operating systems like Linux and Windows.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with security services such as DDoS, IDS/IPS, NGFW, VMS, and MDR.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certifications like Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Linux+, or Linux LPI are advantageous.
• Experience in exploit prediction scoring, monitoring, managing, advising on best practices, and understanding vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with Elastic Search.
