As our Senior Designer, you will play a vital role in our Creative Studio, working with designers in Amsterdam, London and Wrocław. By developing a clear understanding of our business goals and brand identity, you can translate those needs into engaging, innovative and functional creative solutions for everything from large scale OOH to mobile banners.

This job will give you the opportunity to work on campaign concepts from ideation and concept pitching, through to presenting work internally and externally, and then delivering the final assets that reach our customers worldwide.

In this varied and collaborative position, you will also:

  • Work with creatives, brand experts and the wider business, to concept and execute digital designs - sharing your insights and ensuring a digital-first campaign approach
  • Develop your leadership skills, by helping to mentor and develop junior designers
  • Make important decisions, handle each part of the design process and provide a keen eye for detail
  • Ideate innovative and on-brand concepts, communicate your ideas clearly and tell engaging stories through your visuals
  • Work within our brand guidelines, using our mouth-watering photography, illustrations, iconography and bespoke typeface effectively
  • Maintain our visual identity across all internal & external marketing materials

What will you bring to the table?

Ready to design with us? Here is what we need from you:

  • 6+ years’ experience in Design roles (e.g. Motion design, Graphic design, Web design)
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & some experience with After Effects
  • An incredible eye for detail
  • A well-organised and strategic approach to your work
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken). Any of Dutch, German or Polish is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to collaborating with different teams
