Welkom in ons team

Ons bedrijf produceert en verpakt diergeneesmiddelen. De productieorganisatie bestaat uit een aantal Integrated Process Teams en Centers of Excellence. De IPT Inactivated Vaccins and Pharmaceuticals formuleert en vult geïnactiveerde vaccins en farmaceutische producten af volgens Good Manufacturing Practice en Environment, Health & Safety wet- en regelgeving.

Over de functie

We zijn op zoek naar een getalenteerde productiespecialist in geïnactiveerde vaccins en farmaceutische producten om ons team op onze locatie in Boxmeer te versterken. In deze invloedrijke rol werk je onder begeleiding van de Improvement Lead om te zorgen voor een veilige, efficiënte en conforme productie van vaccins in overeenstemming met de GMP-richtlijnen. Samenwerking is van vitaal belang omdat je nauw samenwerkt met productie, kwaliteit, R&D, Regulatory Affairs en Bioprocess Technical Solutions.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Leiden van Business Unit- en site-brede projecten

  • Dienen als Subject Matter Expert op het gebied van productkwaliteit

  • Het leiden van cross-functionele onderzoeken

  • Ontwikkelen van voorstellen voor verbeteringsprojecten

  • Monitoren en analyseren van gegevens, het evalueren van externe richtlijnen en het bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van beleid en procedures

Jouw profiel:

  • Afgeronde HBO opleiding in Life Sciences

  • 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen een complexe productieomgeving/ de procesindustrie, bij voorkeur pharma/chemie

  • Ervaring met analyseren van gegevens en het identificeren van verbetermogelijkheden en het projectmanagement.

  • In staat om op basis van theoretische kennis pragmatische oplossingen te vinden.

  • In staat anderen te enthousiasmeren bij verander- en/of verbeterprocessen.

  • Gedreven, stressbestendig en in staat om gezamenlijk tot resultaten te komen (teamplayer)

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
