How do I become a Financial Administrator at Coolblue?

As a Financial Administrator you are responsible for your own portfolio of suppliers. Together with these suppliers, you ensure that specifications, agreements or credit notes are sent out on time. You always follow contractual and non-contractual agreements before the deadline. You often consult with our Coolblue Buyers and Media Consultants. Together you ensure that the administration of appointments is complete and correct. Great, because this way we can invoice even faster. If you see opportunities for improvement, you grab it with both hands.

You enjoy doing this
  • Assess the financial handling of sales suppliers with a critical eye.
  • Being a sparring partner for a large group of stakeholders within and outside Coolblue: from business controllers and buyers to our suppliers.
  • Create and send all sales invoices so that they can be paid on time.
  • Manage your own portfolios with your own suppliers.
  • Sink your teeth into complex invoices. You get to the bottom of it.

You recognize yourself in the following
  • You can speak German
  • A diploma in financial administration.
  • Experienced in communicating with stakeholders.
  • A precise worker with an eye for details.
  • Flexible. You deal easily with changes and like to take on ad hoc tasks.
  • Available for 40 hours per week.
