Internship - Legal Corporate Secretaries

Unilever Legal is op zoek naar een enthousiaste student(e) die in de eindfase van zijn of haar Universitaire rechtenstudie (ondernemingsrecht/ notarieel recht/privaatrecht) zit. De stage vindt plaats in het Corporate Secretaries team van het corporate center van Unilever in Rotterdam. Dit team is o.a. verantwoordelijk voor de juridische ondersteuning van de afdelingen van het corporate center in Rotterdam en Londen.

De nadruk van de stagewerkzaamheden zal liggen op:

  • Het opstellen van documentatie ten behoeve van de groepsmaatschappijen (bestuurs- en aandeelhoudersbesluiten, volmachten, e.d.);
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met Unilever juristen wereldwijd;
  • Het zorgdragen van legalisaties,
  • Het bijhouden van een legaldata base system en digitaliseren van dossiers.

Wat we vragen:

Je bent fulltime beschikbaar voor 5 tot 6 maanden vanaf September 2024; Je volgt een WO opleiding in de richting ondernemings-/ bedrijfsrecht of notarieel recht/privaatrecht; Je bent vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels in woord en geschrift.
