Front Office Night Auditor

As a Renaissance Front Office Night Auditor you will operate the hotel in the different departments during the late evening and overnight hours. You will welcome our guests at the front office with a friendly, authentic approach and assist them with smooth check-ins/-outs, questions and requests. Furthermore, you will be in charge of checking financial and administrative reports and overall ensuring the security in the hotel. Our successful front office night auditor is also able to work within a team and contribute in maintaining an inspiring and stimulating working environment.

Your day will consist ofâ¦

Welcoming the guests and taking care of check-ins and -outs by providing personalised service towards our guestsDemonstrating knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotelAnticipating guests needs, handle guest requests and complaintsProviding housekeeping service and delivering room service Preparing and checking financial and administrative reports Conduct fire and safety roundsHandle reservations on Opera

Youâ¦

Live life to DiscoverWill work 3 night shifts average per week (23.00 â 07.00)Can communicate in English (and preferably in Dutch)Have experience with a reservation system (preferably Opera)Have a passion for hospitalityAre available to work both weekdays and weekends
