Elke dag gaan er zo'n 50 miljoen bloemen en planten door de veiling heen. Als teammanager begeleidt je een team van ongeveer 30 logistieke medewerkers en 3 procescoördinatoren om dit proces zo foutloos mogelijk te laten verlopen. Jouw uitdaging

Als teammanager OSO (ontvangen, sorteren, opstellen) ben jij in 24/7-proces verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangst van alle bloemen en planten. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat het proces zo efficiënt mogelijk verloopt en alle handel op de juiste plek terecht komt. Terwijl je zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt is er altijd ruimte om een praatje te maken met een kweker of collega. Naast hard werken staat gezelligheid voorop. Verder:

• Stuur je 30 logistiek medewerkers en 3 procescoördinatoren aan;
• Gebruik je de LEAN-tool om te zoeken naar verbeteringen in het proces;
• Zorg je ervoor dat verzuim laag blijft en er veilig wordt gewerkt;
• Ben je eigenaar van het proces en voer je jouw visie door.

De afdeling

Een bos bloemen op tafel, of een plant in de tuin. Je staat er misschien niet bij stil, maar de logistieke operatie erachter is enorm. Die gaat veel verder dan de distributie alleen. Logistiek is het hart van de coöperatie. Alle producten gaan op tijd de koelcel in. 24/7 moeten de karren en fusten klaarstaan. Die we eerst reinigen in enorme machines voordat we ze kunnen gebruiken. Zo mogelijk nog complexer is de internationale logistiek.
