As part of our Talent Acquisition Traineeship program you’ll be working as Junior Talent Acquisition Manager and will be working on topics such as finding and selecting the best candidates, employer branding, candidate experience and providing constructive feedback. You will be an integral part of the Center of Expertise - Talent team, focusing on growing and developing your skills in order to attract and hire top talent for all the legal entities of Danone in the Netherlands. This role is designed for a driven and energetic individual who is passionate about starting a career in talent acquisition.
As Junior Talent Acquisition Manager you’ll be responsible for:
Supporting and collaborating with Talent Acquisition Managers and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements; Writing and posting job advertisements for our career website and other relevant platforms; Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates; Participating in initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates; Maintain accurate recruitment processes using our Application Tracking System – ICIMS. Taking part in Talent related projects, support inhouse days and workshops as part of our Talent RoadmapMeet your future manager You will be reporting to Elif Oruc, Talent Acquisition Manager. You are truly passionate about starting and growing your career in Talent Acquisition and HR. You are interested in people from all nationalities and levels, want to know what drives them and to understand what’s behind the surface. You are organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You are also eager to learn and grow.
You also bring the following:
You have a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field. You are fluent in Dutch and English. Having prior internship experience in HR or Talent Acquisition in multinational companies would be a plus. You enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment. ABOUT DANONEAbout Us
