As a senior Product Manager we would like you to join our Virtual Power Plant (Myriad) Product Family, to lead our behind-the-meter optimization team. This role is pivotal in helping business customers optimize their location energy usage, manage connected devices, and significantly reduce their carbon footprint.

  • Develop the vision and product strategy for the behind the meter platform.
  • Serve as a bridge between the development teams, including backend and data optimization, and the mobile app team.
  • Lead the development of innovative, data-driven products that align with our mission to advance the energy transition.
  • Implement an OKR-driven approach, emphasizing outcomes over output to achieve strategic goals.
  • Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
    • Relevant experience in product management, preferably in the energy sector or related fields.
    • Experience with building and overseeing development for high performant, highly scalable platform products
    • Bonus: Proven track record of managing high-volume applications, proven experience in behind the meter optimisation and/or EV Charging.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

      Our platform addresses these challenges by optimizing on-site energy management for large businesses, focusing on the electrification of fleets, the integration of solar energy, and the effective use of battery storage. By prioritizing business needs and supporting grid stability, the platform helps prevent congestion and promotes energy efficiency. This behind-the-meter solution enables companies to adapt to the evolving energy landscape, ensuring they can meet their operational and environmental targets while contributing to a more resilient and sustainable energy grid.
