What you will do:

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role in understanding and optimizing the functionalities of our MasterConnect app. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing user interactions by reveling usage patterns of our app, examining how users use the various features and components.
  • Assessing the available data (if any) related to user interactions to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
  • Based on your analysis, you will collaborate with the testing team to refine testing strategies, ensuring that they align with user behavior and expectations.
  • If necessary, you will provide recommendations on how to effectively measure and generate usage data. This may involve suggesting tools, methodologies, or techniques for data collection and analysis.
  • You will compile your findings into clear and actionable reports, providing insights to stakeholders on usage trends, user feedback, and potential enhancements.

Your qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, API's and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
