Are you passionate about creating a seamless workplace experience? We're hiring a Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Danone Place Amsterdam As Facilities Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that the employees and guests have an exceptional experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Supplier management for the (soft) facility services (including troubleshooting, operational and strategic meetings, reporting on SLA’s and KPI’s, etc.) at Danone Place Amsterdam Internal stakeholder management Project support and purchasing activities (tenders, requesting offers) Collaborating with cross functional teams such as IT on projects regarding new systems and building Continuously improving of the processes and procedures Consulting and informing the organization on trends and opportunities Increasing the overall hospitality on, knowledge about, perception and behavior towards all aspects of the facility services Being a key-user in FMIS (facility management information system) Asset management Organization & coordination of events

Your main interaction will be with:

Internal: HR, Reception, Management Assistants, Danone Place Amsterdam population External: Suppliers, Visitors

About you

You are an agile, hands-on and problem solver facilities professional. You enjoy working with different stakeholders from all levels and background.

You are a fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory) as well as in English You have BSc in Facility Management or Hospitality Minimal 3 years of experience in being a supervisor/coordinator and in innovation & trends in facility management Experience in supplier management is mandatory Experience in tenders and/or purchasing activities is preferred BHV emergency responder officer certification is a nice to have
