O2O is identified as the booming model to drive PepsiCo GCR business growth and consumer penetration while distribution and consumer operation are the essential routes to achieve that goal. Company need the data driven strategies, digital analytics and operation capability to fully leverage the trend and maximize its potential.

This role needs to 1） identify strategies for How to win opportunities to grow PepsiCo brands penetration/GMV in customers/platforms step by step；2）explore smart solutions for distribution, consumer operation and offtake execution to enable growth on O2O platforms/customers; 3） At the same time, it also needs to embed strategies/ solutions into real business and enable a successful result.
Responsibilities

  • Sustainably monitor O2O market development and identify the trend, new opportunities & growth drivers
  • Conduct PepsiCo SWOT analysis to recommend where to play and how to win strategies
  • Lead O2O distribution solutions: leverage O2O data & tool to screen out O2O WD and push distribution improvement within O2O WD
  • Lead O2O consumer operation:Set up O2O consumer operation methodology (e.g. occasion based operation, LBS-based precision marketing, develop consumer centric portfolio, CRM&membership) & drive penetration growth through consumer operation
  • Lead the consumer asset analysis and develop consumer centric portfolio, media and mechanism recommendations
  • Lead O2O PACE perfect store guideline embedding into business, set up PACE tracker and monitor execution performance
  • Identify and manage right external partners to deliver high quality analysis and strategies
    Qualifications
    • Strategic thinking & business acumen, including define business problems, analyze problems and find solutions.
    • Advanced analytics skills, including statistics, data modeling, math algorithym and can make it through computer coding, etc.
    • Advanced business analytics skills, like consumer segmentation, market mix modeling, multiple touch points attribution, life time value and consumer operating model like AIPL/FAST/GROW/RFM.
    • At least 6 years experiences in advanced analytics, business consulting or consumer operation related works in top corporate or agencies. Top internet company experiences are preferred.
    • At least bachelor degree in relevant majors like statistics, consumper science, mathematics, etc. Master is preferred.
    • Familiarity of top O2O platforms and platform data tools is the plus
    • Show the strength of adapting fast changes environment
    • Strong learning capability to get new skills
    • Can get creative solutions when facing the ambiguity
