De functie

De assemblage bestaat uit vele handmatige montages. Zelfs de meest ervaren monteurs zijn niet foutloos. Daarvoor starten we een Poka Yoke traject op modules die reeds in massaproductie zijn.

Jouw uitdaging is om productonderdelen zodanig te herontwerpen, dat ze maar op één manier kunnen worden gemonteerd. Dit vereist creativiteit. Er bestaat geen vaste route naar succes.

Je bent de brug tussen praktijk en techniek. Verantwoordelijk voor het hele traject van idee tot realisatie in de onderdelen productie en assemblage;

Slimme poka yoke ontwerpen bedenken; Technische tekeningen maken; Toetsen op maakbaarheid; Toetsen op QLTC impact: met name kostenneutraal, backward compatibel en voorkomen van nieuwe risico’s in assemblage en product functionaliteit (FMEA); Inregelen en begeleiden op de werkvloer.

Jouw profiel

Je beschikt over een technische HBO opleiding in de richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of andere technische achtergrond; Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met industriële maak- en assemblageprocessen in de machinebouw; Ervaring met CAD tekenprogramma, bij voorkeur NX; Ervaring met FMEA; Ervaring met Lean en Poka Yoke is een pré; Gezien de centrale rol van deze functie ben je klantgericht en communicatief vaardig in het Engels en Nederlands; Als persoon ben je nauwkeurig, (technisch) creatief, werk je makkelijk zelfstandig en heb je een hands-on mentaliteit.
