As User and Service Education Content Developer in the new business venture ‘FORS’, you have the opportunity to disrupt MedTech and make a real difference for patients. Working with Instructional Designers, the 'User and Service Education Content Developer and Trainer' will create the design, develop and maintain education content. This person will work independently and with SMEs and other team members to develop materials, exercises and training scenarios as well as perform assessment of education materials.

Your role:

Course development

  • Gain field experiences to get a realistic view of the products and student environment to develop and deliver training more appropriately.

  • Drive the development of instructionally sound, high quality educational materials in the instruction of our employees and customers in the usage and technical service of our products.

  • Perform a role-task analysis and determining the desired competencies for each target group in order to develop the most optimal courses to ensure that competencies and business impact are in balance.

  • Design blended learning and didactical effective certified learning paths.

  • Develop course materials for various delivery methods (e.g. instructor-led, eLearning, web-based, etc) and for various competencies (e.g. for Service, Application, Clinical etc.)

  • Feedback from course content, learning objectives and feedback from target groups to Service Innovation to enhance the Service documentation and ensure field effectiveness.

  • Establish processes with developers that ensure an efficient workflow, a quality output, and minimizes the rework of materials.

  • Maintain existing courses, ensuring revisions and improvements based on new product releases and recommendation of the instructors and students.

  • Adhere to the QMS policy and processes for Education to enable a standardized course development and delivery.

Course delivery

  • Maintain overview of students to be trained based on the forecasted customer installations.

  • Work with local service team to identify students and ensures registration for the course.

  • Arrange systems, materials and classrooms to ensure that the courses can be delivered in the most optimum conditions (classrooms, systems and lab environment).

  • Evaluate with students to get feedback with which to improve course quality and content.

  • Delivering local courses on location in the field or other Academy locations (Best, Singapore, Cleveland).

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor degree in technical science, physics, electronics/mechatronics or related fields.

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in Education content development and Training delivery.

  • Field experience in service delivery is a plus.

  • Ability to design and develop courses which meet the changing learning environments.

  • Project Management skills.

  • Proven Didactical skills, presentation skills (instructor led and virtual webinars).

  • Fluent in English (in both writing and speaking).

  • Open to frequent travel.
