Export and Compliance Specialist

As a Logistics Coordinator you are responsible for all outbound transportation and the export compliance. Furthermore this role is a combination of you being in the warehouse and sitting behind your desk.
Omschrijving
- Coordinate all outbound shipments with stakeholders such as carriers and (internal) clients.
- Determine the best documentation and transportation methods by using input form the stakeholders.
- Go into the warehouse to determine the compliance on shipments by completing checklist and screening tests.
- Keep track of purchase orders and contracts to billing process follows company specifics.
- Keep track of al shipments and communicate deviations with externa customers.
- Follow safety procedures while conducting your activities.
- Provide status reports.
- Open to help other team members if necessary.
