Als Projectassistent ondersteun je twee teams: het Districtelijke Team Ondermijning (DTO) Utrecht Stad en het
Team Informatiewerk (TIW) van het RIEC Midden-Nederland. Het RIEC is een samenwerkingsverband,
waarbinnen diverse (lokale) partners (o.a. gemeenten, politie, OM en Belastingdienst) verantwoordelijk zijn voor
de integrale aanpak van drugscriminaliteit en andere vormen van ondermijnende criminaliteit. De standplaats
voor deze functie is Utrecht. Als RIEC zijn we samen met onze partners verantwoordelijk voor het hele actieplan
‘Wie Praat, Die Gaat 3.0’, we helpen elkaar en maken gebruik van ieders expertise om het verschil te maken.

Wij vragen een hoge mate van professionaliteit en integriteit. Je weet om te gaan met vertrouwelijke informatie
en hebt begrip voor de complexiteit van het integraal samenwerken. Je dienstverlenende instelling blijkt uit je
ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; je ontzorgt, organiseert en denkt in oplossingen. Doorzettingsvermogen en
creativiteit zijn hierbij onmisbaar. Je denkt daarbij graag mee in hoe het werk slimmer of beter kan.
Je bent communicatief vaardig en weet snel je netwerk op te bouwen. Daarnaast heb je goede schriftelijke en
mondelinge uitdrukkingsvaardigheid. Je beschikt over goede digitale vaardigheden en werken met Office 365 is
voor jou geen enkel probleem. Je bent stressbestendig, behulpzaam en flexibel en weet op een positieve wijze
de grenzen van jouw inzet te bewaken. Je hebt mbo plus werk- en denkniveau.

wat ga je doen

Wij zoeken een organisatietalent voor een breed takenpakket. Je ontzorgt met humor en gemak, organiseert en
denkt mee. Je verzorgt brede ondersteuning en werkt nauw samen met de districtelijk accountmanager en de
programmamanager van TIW. Je organiseert en notuleert, op verzoek, overleggen. Je ondersteunt bij het maken

van een overzichtelijke mappenstructuur, workflow en planning voor het team. Verder beheer je de e-
mailbox(en) waar algemene vragen binnenkomen van directe collega's en externe partners. Deze externe

partners verwijs je door naar de juiste collega binnen het team of RIEC-breed.
Het plannen en organiseren van diverse vergaderingen en (informatie) bijeenkomsten, is voor jou geen
probleem. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor een aantal facilitaire zaken en beheerder van ons informatiesysteem
(je geeft toegangsrechten, maakt mappen aan en helpt partners en collega’s met vragen hierover).

waar ga je werken

Midden-Nederland is ambitieus in haar wens om de drugshandel en andere ondermijnende criminaliteit in haar
gebied effectief te verstoren. In de Veiligheidscoalitie Midden-Nederland werken 38 gemeenten, de politie, het
Openbaar Ministerie, de Belastingdienst en andere partners samen. Dit unieke samenwerkingsverband bundelt
de krachten om de georganiseerde ondermijnende drugscriminaliteit een halt toe te roepen. Dit kunnen we niet
alleen: met elkaar en met ondernemers en inwoners werken we samen om ons doel te bereiken. De afgelopen jaren hebben we flinke stappen gezet in de aanpak van ondermijning, maar de problematiek is fors en vraagt
