 We've developed a revolutionary software product, called TEAMS that supports state-of-the-art container terminals in automated container transport. As a Senior Java Software Engineer you will have the opportunity to work on this ground-breaking product and become an expert in our field through our comprehensive training program.

 

TEAMS is built using Java, C++, and a range of powerful technologies like Spring Boot, Kafka, Hazelcast, and Camunda. The front-end utilizes JavaScript frameworks such as node.js and vue.js. Each terminal is truly unique, and our tailor made, configurable approach ensures a fit for purpose solution for every single client.

As a Senior Java Software Engineer, you should have:

  • Demonstrable work experience in Java software development.
  • A passion for writing maintainable software.
  • An interest in Front-End development.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with IntelliJ, GitLab, and Maven.
  • Experience with Oracle and MSSQL databases.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic scrum team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in challenging projects for our diverse international customers after completing a training period.
  • Mastering the art of effectively commanding equipment to ensure the efficient navigation of a fleet of robotic vehicles from point A to point B, with safety as the utmost priority.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the product's functionality and technical specifications.
  • Configuring our product uniquely for each customer, guaranteeing a tailored fit.
  • Engaging in both independent work and collaborative efforts within a vibrant scrum team.
