About the Role:

As the Brandmanager, you will translate current and future chef needs into strategic portfolio plans. You will manage the total portfolio through simplification, launch, and relaunch projects from product development to product/brand communication. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving Business Growth: Achieve targets for categories and brands.
• Strategic Management: Build and manage portfolio positioning and sustainable growth strategies.
• Project Leadership: Oversee multiple category projects, linking local and global initiatives.
• Brand Support: Provide content to support product launches.
• Market Insights: Collect and analyze customer and market data.
• Sales Training: Educate the sales force on product knowledge through culinary training sessions.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects.
• Strategic Planning: Experience in portfolio management, business case building, and strategic pricing.
• Food Industry Acumen: Strong understanding of the food industry.
• Digital Foundation: Experience in brand communication and digital marketing.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and process thinking skills.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Languages: Fluency in English.

Primary Employment Benefits

• An attractive salary ranging from €3900 to €5100 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week, depending on knowledge and experience
• 8.33% holiday allowance

Contract Terms

• A contract for 40 hours per week
• A contract until the end of 2024
