At Eneco, we are committed to our One Planet strategy, aiming to be among the first to provide sustainable energy to our own energy production and customers, striving to be climate-neutral by 2035. We aim to achieve this by offering our customers increasingly digital capabilities, smart solutions, and more. This is precisely the work area of our new Digital department (CDO). The Digital department is responsible for the online experience. In the coming years, we will significantly enhance Eneco's chat, app, and web environments to be more digital and smart, aiming to deliver a superior digital customer & employee experience. Your Role

You'll bring suitable ideas to the table with a strong focus on customer needs. In this position we expect you to take the lead in projects and build your case with strong research. You will present workshops and do masterclasses on design crafting and discovery product solving; besides that, your communication is strong and effective and you know how to work together with product managers. Key Responsibilities

  1. Leading comprehensive product discovery phases, utilizing qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform product and design decisions.
  2. Engaging and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive successful product outcomes.
Designing user-centric digital solutions that solve user problems, enhance the user experience, and contribute to the company’s goals. Demonstrating exceptional design craft skills, including proficiency in UX/UI design, prototyping, and usability testing. Participating and contributing to the wider design and research teams, sharing insights, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Minimum of eight years experience as a product designer You can grow into the lead position You are not afraid of stepping up and discussing your view on things Embracing a growth mindset, continuously seeking out opportunities for learning and professional development. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

You will work both on B2B and B2C products. Besides the product families, you will work in a team of multiple designers, from junior to senior level.
